Terms and Conditions

The following events are organised by Sephora Malaysia. (“Sephora”, “Our” or “Us”) and is open to users of Sephora platform (“User(s)”, “Buyer(s)” or “Your”).

  • This event will start from 14th April 2021 10:00 AM to 30th April 2021 11:59 PM.

  • Prizes will be allocated based on the highest cumulative total amount spent on Sephora Malaysia mobile app only, during the Event Period.

  • Each User must register for the contest using the form above, and must answer the question “Why do you love Sephora?” to be eligible.

  • By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by any rules and regulations issued by Sephora. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

  • Winners will be announced via Sephora within 2 weeks of campaign end date. Sephora Malaysia holds the sole and absolute discretion on winner selection and any inquiries about the selection will not be entertained.

  • Prizes will be fulfilled by Sephora Malaysia within 60 business days.

  • Sephora will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damages once prizes have been fulfilled.

  • Sephora reserves the right to vary, delete, or add to any of the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or campaign material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. The Users represents and warrants to Sephora that the Users has met all eligibility criteria and has the right, authority and power to enter into the Event in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and shall provide such proof as Sephora requires and all the statements (if any and if so required) made by the Users to Sephora are true, correct, accurate and complete.

  • This Terms and Conditions, Sephora Policies and the Privacy Policy available on Sephora Malaysia website shall govern the Event. By joining the Event, you confirmed that you have read, understood and agreed to this Terms and Conditions, Sephora Policies and Privacy Policy.

  • This decision of Sephora on all matters relating to the Event (including without limitation, the selection process, the result of Event and/or any resolution made) is final and absolutely binding on the users. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Users hereby agree that no action will be taken against Sephora or its affiliates and the User shall not make any oral or written complaints to the public in any form whatsoever.

  • Only Users with registered and verified Sephora accounts may join the Event. Sephora reserves the right to disqualify entries from User’s accounts that are marked fraudulent without prior notice.

  • The Terms and Conditions of the Event shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  • The Users forever waive, release and discharge Sephora, it’s agencies, sponsors and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the Users hereafter may have arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Event including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage of property and whether or not direct, consequential or foreseeable. The User shall indemnify Sephora, its affiliates, agents and sponsors from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered, thereby as a result of the Users’ breach of the Users’ warranties and undertakings any breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the Event.

  • Sephora, its agents, sponsors, representatives, affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees, agents and assigns shall not be liable to any Users in respect of any failure to win a prize in the Event, misuse of prizes or any loss, damages, cost, expenses, claims, liabilities, injury, death, accidents suffered by the Users during the Event or arising out of or in connection with the Event, the participation by the Users in the Event and/or the prizes awarded.

  • Sephora will not be responsible or liable for any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by the Users or any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending an Event entry as a result of any network, communication, ISP or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by Sephora or the Users’ telecommunication service provider and/or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in the Event. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, Sephora shall not be responsible or liable for any failure encountered by any Users to participate in the Event or any failure encountered by Sephora in fulfilling its obligations hereafter.
